Scarlett have been appointed for many years to advise on ongoing aspects of their property portfolios in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
“Scarlett provided professional advice, astute market intelligence and developer / property owner connections from their extensive UK network, we would not have otherwise reached. They were responsive to our needs, quick to move when opportunities emerged, informative and engaging in all ways. Ultimately Scarlett helped Wasps to navigate, an often complex process, to a achieve a successful outcome for everyone involved in the process – Wasps, a property buyer and a property seller.”
