Will Scarlett was appointed by the University of Edinburgh to acquire this iconic building from Quartermile Developments.
The building was successfully transformed into the 230,000 sq.ft (21,300 sq.m) Edinburgh Futures Institute.
Student bed project
Subsequently Scarlett were retained by The University of Edinburgh to assist and advise in the fulfilment of a 2,000 student bed requirement.
