Scarlett Land and Development were initially appointed to advise on options and potential partners for delivery of a 54 unit Affordable Housing block which was to form part of the on-site delivery for the c.240 unit scheme, subject to planning. (2018). Planning was ultimately granted for 338 BTR units and the site has subsequently been sold by SLD on behalf of S1 Developments to Goodstone Living Limited (2022).
