Scarlett were appointed (jointly with Cushman and Wakefield) as Property Advisors for Agency & Marketing Advice from 2019 to 2024 to market and sell an ongoing portfolio of significant NHSL properties and provide NHSL with advice relating to estimated land values (development appraisals), pre-marketing and marketing.
