Description

On behalf of the University of the West of Scotland (UWS), Scarlett, jointly with RJ Dunn Property Consultancy, were instructed to sell land at the former sports facilities of their Paisley Campus, a significant 20 acre (8.09 ha) site.

The joint agents worked closely with UWS and the Board on formulating a marketing strategy and with the wider consultancy team. We liaised extensively with Renfrewshire council on policy, Affordable housing and design.

Following a full marketing campaign, the site was sold to Miller Homes on a subject to planning basis. Miller subsequently obtained planning consent for 179 homes.
