Scarlett were instructed jointly with Ryden to market and sell this prime PBSA scheme as a Forward Funding; the site has detailed planning consent for 321 studio student housing beds.

Following an extensive marketing campaign, Artisan elected to build out the site with practical completion in advance of Academic Year 2026/27. It is anticipated that the development will be let up, stabilised and sold.
