Scarlett were appointed to market and dispose of this prime residential development site in Rosewell, Midlothian by Banks Group.

The site area was approx. 12.6 acres (5.10 ha) and located approx. 7 miles south of Edinburgh with good transport links to the City Bypass.  The site was allocated in the Midlothian Local Plan with capacity for up to 100 units.

Doctor’s Field was ultimately sold to David Wilson Homes who are developing Rosewell Meadow  – a development of 4 bedroom homes.
