Description

Scarlett acquired the site, which was consented for Hotel (200 keys), on behalf of S Harrison Developments Ltd in 2017. This was our first deal following inception of the business. Over the following years, Leith has been transformed with multiple development and the opening of the tram in 2023. The site is located two minutes walk from the Tram stop at Ocean Terminal.

The site is adjacent to the Goodstone Living BTR site known as Dockside (sold by Scarlett) which is currently under construction.

S. Harrison subsequently obtained planning consent in 2024 for two blocks on the site with 112 BTR homes and 404 PBSA beds.

Scarlett continue to advise S.Harrison on potential exit routes for both the PBSA and BTR blocks.
