Scarlett were instructed jointly with Ryden by S1 Developments Ltd to market this large-scale PBSA student development site, which benefitted from detailed planning consent for 472 beds.

Following extensive marketing, as both a Forward Funding and land sale, the site was sold as a Forward Funding to The University of Edinburgh.

Demolition is underway and completion is estimated to be circa Q1 2027.
