Description

Scarlett sourced and negotiated this off-market acquisition on behalf of HUB and Bridges FM in 2021.

HUB subsequently obtained planning consent to 205 BTR homes, including 25% Affordable Housing and 11,000 sq.ft of commercial and artists studio space.

Scarlett, together with Knight Frank, have subsequently been appointed to find a Forward Funding partner.

Marketing is currently suspended due to Scottish Government Rent Control policy.
