Scarlett were instructed to acquire the site on Abbey Lane on behalf of  Unite Students.

The overall site area is approx. 1.48 acres (0.6 ha) and has consent for three blocks.    The two Residential blocks are a mix of 66 units split BTR (49 units) and Affordable Housing (17 units).  The PBSA block, now known as Burnet Point, is being built out for 298 beds.

The mixed nature of the site makes it the first of its kind in the Unite Students portfolio.
