The latest Citylets Quarterly Report for Q2 2025 has been published – the focus this quarter is on a continuing slowing of annual growth for the country as a whole with major conurbations treading water. Concerns remain that post Covid emergency legislation has distorted rental growth figures which may determine future RCAs.
