The latest Citylets Quarterly Report for Q2 2024 has been published showing that rents are still rising, albeit within permissible levels, but at reduced rates in major cities – 11.7% increase overall in Scotland. “A tumultuous political quarter by any standards, it remains to be seen what lies ahead for the Housing Bill.”
